SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering solutions like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it's alarmed concerning the high amount of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some more info superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure sassa at Fernie and there's no totally functional office sassa status check devoted to service the area each day.
